Lee Chang-Hoon is a South Korean football player who, as of July 2011 is playing for Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma.

On November 20, 2008, Gangwon was called him as third order at 2009 K-League Draft.

His first K-League match was against FC Seoul in Seoul, March 14, 2009.

In this game, he get penalty kick by heading shoot that FC Seoul's defender Kevin Hatchi blocked by using his hand.

But this penalty kick which kicked by Masahiro Ohashi was failed.

In spite of that Gangwon won by 2-1 in away game. He scored his first pro goal against Jeonbuk on 27 June 2009.
