New Focus English for Nigerian Junior Secondary Schools - Book 1 : Workbook

This is the first workbook in the "New Focus" selection of books designed for use by Nigerian junior secondary school children.

The books are designed to provide a complete course that follows the current National Curriculum and provides a total of 30 teaching weeks.

This workbook provides extra exercises on the communicative use of language following the principles of active learning, conversation practice, integration of the major learning skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing as well as coverage of aspects of grammar.

This selection of books is designed to bridge the gap between English language and literature teaching, using the format of accompanying teacher's and student's books.
