Tibial Nonunion : Diagnosis and Treatment

This work addresses the problem of tibial nonunion, including diagnostic techniques such as scintigraphy and magnetic resonance imaging, biologic repair processes, and treatment methods such as partial fibulectomy, posterolateral bone grafting and bone marrow injection.
