This is a tool for a Parent, Teacher, Care giver or School District, to help identify children with educational and developmental delays.

Through a series of questions and one on one intervention activities, the checklist helps to identify the child's weaknesses and strengths in the areas of Educational, Mental, Physical, Emotional, Behavioral, and Social skills.

This puts educators, parents, and teachers in a position to help a child improve their skills before they go to kindergarten increasing the childs chances for educational success.
