Occupational Medicine : Health Problems of Health Care Workers

This volume has been assembled to point out the many occupational hazards faced by workers in the health industry.

These problems are biological, chemical, physical, ergonomic and psychosocial in nature and often are not recognized by the authorities involved, or even by the workers themselves.

It is hoped that this book may aid both in the recognition of problems and in the institution of the appropriate preventive measures.
