House 323

On BB Boulevard, children are not afraid of thunderstorms. When thunderstorms roll into their community they know Judge Boom, the neighborhood bully monitor, is busy busting bullies and bad behaviors.

In House 323, lives Shamus Giggleback. Shamus does not get into trouble or break any rules, but he always seems to know where there is trouble and does nothing to stop it. Shamus Giggleback is not just a bystander to many mean antics, he also stands around laughing and jeering with the crowd as someone gets hurt.
