OLE Miss Juvenilia

The ever-prolific Faulkner began contributing poems, sketches, and book reviews to the University of Mississippi literary magazine, The Mississippian, at the age of 16 and continued to do so throughout his student days at the university - and even after he dropped out.

These early works reflect his gift for keen observations and the growing refinement of his voice as perhaps the greatest of all Southern authors.
