At the turn of the 20th century, Mary Lennox was a neglected and unloved 10-year-old girl.

She was born in British India and her parents were wealthy British parents.

They never wanted her. And try to ignore this girl. She was mainly cared for by local servants who made her pet, demanding and self-centered.

After the cholera epidemic killed Mary's parents, the few surviving servants fled the house without Mary.She was discovered by British soldiers, who placed her in the temporary care of a British priest whose children laughed at her as "Mistress Mary, the opposite." She was quickly sent to England to live with her uncle Archibald Craven, and her father's sister Lilias married her.

He lives in the Yorkshire Moors in Misselthwaite Manor, a large country house in England.

When the butler Mrs. Medlock escorted to Mississauga White State, she discovered that Lilias Craven was dead and Ranven was a camel.
