Anatomical Kinesiology (2 Revised edition)

This book is intended as a text for undergraduate courses in kinesiology for students preparing to be therapists and exercise scientists.

Its contents are based upon an underlying concept in which emphasis is placed on the importance of an anatomical basis as the pivotal point around which mechanical concepts can subsequently be formed.

Among the changes in this new edition is the addition of palpation sites for determining the proper function of each of the muscles.

Students are given specific actions to perform so that the working muscle may be easily palpated as it contracts.
