British thriller written and directed by Gerard Johnson.

Tele salesman Simon (Cavan Clerkin) is full of self-loathing for the life he leads.

Deciding to make a drastic change he joins a gym where he is taken under the wing of personal trainer and former soldier Terry (Craig Fairbrass).

However, even though Simon loses weight and gains muscle in a short space of time the intimidating and fierce Terry makes demands of him that make Simon question the type of man he is becoming.
