Genocide

This study of the phenomenon of cultural and racial extermination examines the Nazi Holocaust and incidences of genocide in Cambodia, Rwanda and Bosnia.

It asks such questions as: what conditions prompt and permit acts of genocide?; who should be held personally responsible?; and what can be done to prevent genocide?
