Appropriation (No. 2) Act 2008 : Chapter 8

Given Royal assent, 21st July 2008, this Act intends to authorise the use of resources for the service of the year ending with 31st March 2009 and to apply to certain sums out of the Consolidated Fund to the service of the year ending with 31st March 2009; to appropriate the supply authorised in this Session of Parliament for the service of the year ending 31st March 2009; and to repeal certain Consolidated Fund and Appropriation Acts.
