Jack Bolt is staying with his granny in the village of Wittlesham.

But on the night before All Hallows Eve a very surprising hand delivery slices its way (literally) through to his bedroom, via the wall ...So begins an entirely unexpected adventure for Jack Bolt as he becomes embroiled in a series of haphazard antics with a band of highwaymen on the run.
