Me Too! : Creative Crafts for Preschoolers

A companion to Healton's "Look What I Made!: Creative Crafts Ages 6-8", this book is designed for preschoolers, providing guidance to adult caregivers by helping them match specific projects to children's educational levels and needs.

The projects assembled here are accompanied by a chart indicating which activities are most useful for improving muscle development, eye-hand coordination, memory and sequence recognition, left/right concept, communication skills, maths and reading aptitude, and ability to follow directions.

Each activity includes an explanation of what children should learn from it.

Projects are broken down into categories such as "Things to Do", "Learning About Me", "Learning About Things Around Me", "Puppets I Can Make", and "Things for Special Days".

The activities focus on the skills an average child should have at each age level, as well as valuable suggestions on how to help children with special needs.
