'Thrown away Found' is the story of Annie's life gone wrong and then gone right.

A string of bad luck and poor choices set her up for being trafficked, then brain washed by a cult, ending up abandoned and living on the streets of San Francisco.

Come with her as she searches for her identity and fulfillment in various religions and relationships, finally finding her way.

Annie's brutally honest and at times humorous story contains a recipe for success in dealing with a broken past. "None of us are perfect, we all take wrong turns and make mistakes, it's turning back towards the light that makes the difference".

Annie shares some of the techniques that she learned along the way for moving mental health from damaged to healthy. You do not have to have been trafficked, abused or abandoned in order to benefit from this book, we all have difficulties and regrets.

If you have ever felt hurt, unappreciated or unloved in your life, read it!

The answers given here are simple even though the story is complex.

It is time to stop hiding and accept the life you were created for!

So many of us have been hurt, and so many of us have failures in our past that haunt us.

It is time to admit to our pasts and rise above them. "The relief is palatable, salvation is possible, and health and happiness are within reach!" Annie Marie Hogenboom, a retired schoolteacher and musician, lives on the west coast with her husband Ron.

She has a BA in music, an MA in education, and is working on a master's degree in theology.

Annie's career as a vocalist, songwriter and fiddler included four solo secular CDs as 'Tee Fee Swamp Boogie', one with the trio 'Fiddlaround' and her newly released worship CD 'Thrown Away Now Found'.

Annie is the worship minister at Journey Community Church in Vallejo, CA and can be contacted through her website and blog at thrownawayfound.com or her music website at anniemariemusic.com.
