The focus of the international team of authors is on the mass protests in the Republic of Belarus caused by the official interpretation of the results of the presidential election in August 2020.

The protests are examined from a linguistic perspective.

Attention is paid to the vocabulary used, the interaction of different linguistic systems, different forms of verbal resistance, including slogans, posters, memes, hashtags, "sayings", etc.
