Human Centered design in Organization Success : Illustrated examples from surveyed studies

Decades of research have shown benefits of ergonomic interventions /human centered design in work environment. After scanning through websites, news & social-media, various study materials, journals, magazines and making phone calls to find these valuable researches I have come to conclusion that it can be a tasking yet rewarding challenge. This book came as a result of a survey in identifying these researches. The book therefore demonstrates why implementation of human-centered programs will benefit organization(s).
In a report format, the book illustrates successes experienced by organizations that were surveyed.
