A range of common and uncommon conditions are covered, but the focus remains primarily on those conditions seen most often in general practice.

A brief history sets the scene for each case, followed, in some cases, by test results.

The reader is then asked a series of questions relating to the history, investigations, diagnosis, and management, illustrated by clinical, pathological and radiological pictures.

Answers and discussions finish the case.
