Competition and regulation in telecommunications : theory and application to Switzerland

Revising his Ph.D. dissertation for the University of Fribourg, Switzerland, economist Keller develops a sequence of game-theory models of competition between telecommunications operators under one-way and two-way interconnection that take network externalities explicitly into account.

He finds that such externalities may have an important conseque
