I'm a Princess Too

This book is about a young Muslim girl who wears a hijab and is just trying to live a normal life.

She signs up to play the lead princess in the school play, but a few girls pick on her when she does so.

She does not let this stop her from trying. She goes home every day and practices hard, trying to be the best princess she can be.

Then, when she auditions for the play, Ameena gets the lead role, proving that hard work and dedication are what is needed in order to rise to the top and that negative comments sometimes should just be ignored.
