Fernando Vazquez Pena (born 24 October 1954 in Castrofeito, O Pino, Galicia) is a Spanish football manager.Vazquez was an English teacher in the Galician town of Lalin.

It was there where he began to get involved with the school's athletics, especially football.

He began his professional coaching career with modest CD Lalin in 1986, but left there for higher-profile Racing de Ferrol in 1991.

Vazquez took over for many teams from 1994-2004, most of them in La Liga.

With Celta de Vigo, he achieved promotion straight into the UEFA Cup (sixth place in 2005-06).
