Part One "Course Development", looks at objectives and draws up lesson plans, teaching methods examined and discusses the importance of the training environment and visual aids available are discussed.

The second part of the book "Course Delivery"6, concentrates on actually delivering the course effectively and on how to assess the success of the course.

Throughout the text there are sections on advantages and disadvantages, checklists and do's and don'ts that deliver practical advice.
