Each card has an NCLEX -style question on the front and the correct answer and rationale on the back.

This edition has been expanded and updated to match the 2008 NCLEX test plan and includes every type of alternate-format question that appears on the exam, including multiple-response multiple-choice, fill-in-the-blank, hot spot, drag-and-drop, and chart-exhibit questions.
