When one organization can perform better, whether it represents that it must spend much resource to use or when it perform poor, it represents that it must not spend much resource to use. Organizational behavior is a field of study that investigates the impact that organizational psychology and human resource management, the cause and effect relationship.How organizational behavior effects an oganization? Organizational behaviors propose that inventives are motivational factors that are crucial for employees to perform well.

It changes the way people make decisions, e.g. decision to increase or decrease resources to use, when the organization feels that it has resource shortage or excess.

However, businesse that are able to encourage risks in decision making within the company culture can enhance innovation and creativity.In fact, organizational behavior has four main elements, people, structure, technology and external environment.

So , tangible and intangable resources may influence organization behavior when it is needed to change by management, e.g. human behavior in a work environmen and determines its impacts on job structure, performance, communication, motivation, leadership etc. for example, when the manager has less time to prepare how to organize this meeting process to his client.

His short managing meeting plan time , intangible time resource, it can influence his business proposal to be either accepted or rejected to this client.

So , time resource whether it is enough or not. It can influence this manager's client proposal meeting whether it is accepted or rejected in possible.Every employee behavior can determine the importance of group departments in business productivity.

So, it seems that resources whether they are enough , they can impact on employee's performance.

As a result, managers are able to maintain better relation with their employees by effective utilization of human resource.

So, cause and effect relationship plays an important rolw in how an individual is likely to behave in a enough tangible and intangible resource provided or not enough organization.Modern organizational behavior is characterised by the acceptance of a human resource model, e.g. whether the plant can provide enough productive equipment facility and space shelf for product putting location in order to raise or improve logistic transport efficiency in warehouse.
