A selection of fine art paintings combined with a simple game of animal identification.

There are 20 colour plates, each with one animal for children to look for.

Some animals are easier to find than others. There is a variety of artists from around the world and through the centuries and children are introduced to a wide range of styles, periods and techniques.

They can explore and puzzle over the wealth of details in the paintings and in doing so are introduced to the pleasure of looking at fine art.
