Developing science : developing scientific skills and knowledge: Year 5

The books in this series provide activities to support the teaching of science in the Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

These activities are designed to develop children's skills in scientific investigation and to encourage them to use those skills in furthering their knowledge and understanding.

The activities are presented in a way which stimulates children's interest and enthusiasm in the world around them, and which links scientific principals to everyday observations and phenomena.
