Go Hare and Tortoise Go! is a retelling of the classic fable. As Hare and Tortoise race each other, children can follow the bigger and bigger jumps of Hare and the slow, steady plod, plod, plod of the Tortoise which eventually wins him the race. As children follow the story, they will discover the moral at the end, that slow and steady wins the race and showing off will eventually show us up.
