Love Poems and Other Things is David D Plain's second foray into the genre of poetry.

Much like his first poetry book Poems From An Eclectic Mind, this book not only has love sonnets but is intermingled with poems on other themes such as spirituality and humour.

There are also exhibits of different forms of poetry such as limericks, Clerihew, Diamante and anagram poems.

A preamble precedes each poem, lending insight into the piece.

The poet's experience informs many of these insights making for poignant and realistic work.
