With the addition of James, they are a circle of five strengthened by trust and love.

Yet uncertainty flows among them; the circle is now complete, but not yet seasoned.

A new landscape emerges: students and Teacher have become colleagues; lovers are learning each other's rhythms; and responsibilities are shifting.

In a quest last Samhain (All Hallows Eve), the circle members tempered their skills and deepen their trust in each other.

Winter Solstice has now passed. The Sun King grows in strength with each new day. Soon, the stirrings of Mother Earth's awakening will be felt.

It is a time for communing with the ancestors, for dreaming, and for story.

Still adjusting to the impacts of last year's quest, Cailleen, James, Charles, Jen, and Lawrence reunite at New Years where they meet Celeste Fallan.

Celeste has no idea who she really is or that she has powerful gifts, long awaited in another realm.

Spirals from the past begin weaving their way into the present as Charles meets Joanna of the Fey and her son, David.

Will these new threads in the spiral send the circle in new directions?

How will they find balance between personal needs and the needs of the circle?

They must do this to continue their work traveling between the worlds, bringing forth ancient wisdoms for today's needs.

But perhaps other work awaits them.Realms must be crossed, trust will be tested, gifts will be discovered, and loyalties will be challenged.
