Keith Chegwin, born on 17th January 1957, Walton, Liverpool, England, UK, was a TV presenter and actor, having appeared in several children's entertainment shows in the 1970s and 1980s, including Multi-Coloured Swap Shop and Cheggers Plays Pop. In his early career Chegwin performed in West End stage shows, including Tom Brown's School Days and Captain Pugwash.

He also enjoyed a career as a singer, having released singles on the Pye Records label and been a DJ for 194 Radio City in Liverpool.

Chegwin also spent four years at BBC Radio 1, on Tony Blackburn's weekend morning show.

In 2000 he presented the Yorkshire Television-made, Channel 5 nudist game-show Naked Jungle, appearing naked except for a hat, which he later described as "the worst career move" of his life.
