Making Books

The Evans Bookshelf collection provides teacher resource material for a wide range of subjects, in line with the national curriculum requirements and Scottish guidelines. "Making Books" is a collection of 36 photociable worksheets for use with children in KS2.

The worksheets comprise ideas for making books, together with related literacy activities.

An activity is suggested for each term, reflecting the objectives of the National Literacy Framework.

The teachers' notes provide information about the materials needed and suggestions for presentation of the children's finished work, together with photographs of the books.

Templates are provided for more complex designs.
