Enabling power: European Communities Act 1972, s. 2 (2), sch. 2, para. 1A. Issued: 25.05.2011. Made: 20.05.2011. Laid before the Scottish Parliament: 24.05.2011. Coming into force: 27.05.2011. Effect: S.S.I. 2009/85 amended. Territorial extent & classification: S. General. EC note: The Aquatic Animal Health (Scotland) Regulations 2009 implement Council Directive 2006/88/EC on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof and on the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals.

Article 6 of Commission Decision 2010/221/EU repealed Commission Decision 2004/453/EC.
