From the outside Moon Bay is as basic as a town gets, but if you're privy to the magic underlayers infused in the city, you see a different place entirely. While Vix spent most of her life running from cops and snagging great five-finger-discount deals, she was oblivious. Now that she's been forced to attend night school or face jail time for stealing corn nuts, her world has widened beyond belief.
