It is the third volume in the series, the others being "The Best of Sail Trim" and "More Sail Trim".The book contains information on sails and sail handling, including trimming for maximum speed in light and strong winds, roll tacking, roll gybing, hiking and trimming for gusts, efficient deck layouts, mastering twin headstays and running backstays, using boom vangs and roller-reefing headsails and trimming fully battened mainsails.It is designed for both first time cruisers and experienced racers.
