In 1987 the South Wales Police said (in writing) that they had forged documents.

The documents were made and used by staff in a british university.

This was one of the activities arranged by a high level government official.

The government stepped in and censored the situation. The high level government official had arranged (over a long period of time) the following criminal acts: forgery, fraud, grievous bodily harm, murder, attempted murder, theft, sabotage (criminal damage) and poisonings. The censorship stayed in place right up to the end of 2022.
