Indigenous Women and Decision Making : A Community Training Manual

Indigenous women are often marginalized from decision-making processes both within and outside their communities.

This training manual has been developed to address the power relationships that influence the daily lives of indigenous women at a community level.

The manual focuses on the decision making roles and responsibilities that are an integral part of an indigenous woman's daily or regular life experience, and has been designed to be contextualized in the community in which it is being applied.
