Journal of Energy and Natural Resources Law - v. 10, No. 1-4 : 1992

This volume gathers together under one cover the four 1992 issues of the "Journal of Energy & Natural Resources Law", an international journal providing comprehensive coverage of issues and events relevant to the law of energy and natural resources.

Designed as a worldwide reference source, the journal also provides analyses with comprehensive coverage of legal developments, literature and research around the world.

Published in association with the Section on Energy & Natural Resources of the I.B.A., it addresses oil, gas, mineral and coal law and the law applicable to renewable energy and other alternatives.

The first section presents a treatment of legal issues or problems by practising lawyers and academics as well as shorter studies of specific legal developments.

It then provides a systematic survey of developments in energy and natural resources law by the journal's global network of rapporteurs, covering legislation and regulations, case law, agreements and any other information likely to be of interest, such as changes in government policy, and accessions to international treaties. Also included is a quarterly listing of publications of interest to energy and CL natural resources lawyers.
