Nik "Nikky" Green grew up in Oklahoma and had a passion for God and his family.

He became an Oklahoma state trooper and made a positive impact on his community through his work, prison ministry, youth ministry, and mentoring. "When Love Overflows" is a book written by his widow, Linda Green Bennett, that recounts her husband's life.
