Stephane Grappelli, Charles Trenet, Maurice Chevalier, Jean Sablon, Edith Piaf and countless street accordionists - these were the singers and musicians who delighted Paris audiences in the years after the Second World War and no reminiscences of the city at that time could be complete without them.
