She is a local authority principal recreation officer and is involved in the development of many of the current Sport England initiatives.Malcolm Walton is a principal examiner for leisure and recreation, writing and assessing external units in Marketing and Running a Leisure Facility .

In addition he acts as a moderator and reviser across a number of subject areas.

He has previously been an examiner and lead moderator for GCE and GCSE physical education.

He has considerable experience in leisure management, having worked for a number of years in both the public and voluntary sectors.

Currently he is section leader for Leisure, Tourism and Sport at Tamworth and Lichfield College.Malcolm Ferguson is a chief examiner and principal moderator for leisure and recreation and has been actively involved in the writing of the new specifications, in addition to compiling the external assessments for the AVCE.

He is currently a manager in a further education college and an experienced author, lecturer and verifier in a wide range of vocational sport and leisure qualifications.

Malcolm is an experienced practitioner in the sport and leisure industry, a former international coach and a senior tutor for many sports coaching awards.
