Return to Those Memories

The Lake District has given the author inspiration to write this selection of short stories and poems.

The peace and tranquillity of the scene has, not only created stories, but revived memories of the past.

We are taken back to the war years and service in the RAF as well as the lighter side of life as a Police Officer.

Violence and murder are not the only things that occur in a policemen's life and theft, drugs and everyday incidents are told from the angle of an officer working in the community.

Whilst the stories are fictitious, some have been sparked off by incidents that really happened.

The author has been writing for many years and they have been taken from two previous books.
