Yoga Pose Recipe was written after a 30 year journey of me teaching Yoga, Pilates, Fitness and Body Building.

Also a journey of Massage Therapy, Pranic Healing and Reiki. A transformative journey in mind- body and spirit.

This is a book that is very intuitive but simple to read and to follow.

Its perfect for the reader that has the need to become aware of what yoga is and wants to begin a safe home practice.

It is made up of two parts. Part one consists of the meaning of yoga, how yoga came into my life, how to successfully use this book, simple ways of cultivating a safe home practice.

It continues teaching simple breath techniques, the yoga locks and helps move the mind into a new perspective.

The end of part one includes three of my favourite wholesome food recipes. Part two consists of seven yoga routines, [practices], 'which I have called recipes'.

These are designed to help the reader with promoting 1] Self Confidence 2] Strength 3] Flexibility 4] Positive Wake Up 5] Soothing Bed Time 6] Core Power 7]Sexual Energy.

They are clearly written, with guidelines, observations and modifications.

They also contain a photo of each pose practiced that will help the reader understand exactly what needs to be done for as successful yoga practice. The [recipes] end with a [Spice]. This pose can be added to any of the practices depending what the reader needs. Farther more I have added a thankyou note to my children, my mother, friends, my teachers and my experiences in becoming the person I am today.
