Developing Moral Awareness Pack

Consisting of a teacher's resource book and seven supporting story books, this pack presents a programme designed to support the teaching of personal and social awareness and to provide a sympathetic framework for tackling potentially difficult issues.

The stories are suitable for shared reading or group discussion. The programme teaches children about developing self-esteem, coping with bullying and respecting others, and topics such as domestic violence, racism, family break-up and friendships are also tackled.
