Product Manager's Toolbox

Designed for use in an MBA or senior-level product-management course, this Lotus template disk teaches the decision-support skills necessary to carry out new product development, as well as those methods of analysis used in product planning, development, launch and control.

The software allows for graphics manipulation and other computer output that the student must generate in order to support product-related marketing decisions.

Four cases are included for analysis. The disk requires Lotus 1-2-3 (version 2.01 or higher) and 512K of memory.

It is user-friendly, requiring no programming; the user can modify variables in colour-coded spreadsheet cells.
