"Fluids and electrolytes: A Computer Assisted Program" is a basic, user-friendly program that helps students master this difficult material.

The program provides concept checks and "hot words" in each section, skillful animations to help illustrate important concepts, and an accessible and inviting user interface to help make the program easy to navigate.

The program is divided into five sections including an introduction, three sections discussing fluid and electrolyte balance and imbalance, and a quiz section providing approximately 75 questions to test students on information learned throughout the program.
