GroCyt : The Database for Cytokines and Growth Factors

Growth factors and cytokines control the production, maturation and function of cells in specific tissues of organs and are of interest to biochemists, molecular and cell biologists, and oncologists.

This is a database containing information on more than 50 growth factors and cytokines - their receptors, their biological and biochemical actions, structures and clinical uses.

It is divided into several sections including: general concepts; binding proteins, receptors; growth factors; signalling; and tissue systems.
