A Practitioner's Guide to the Hong Kong Takeover Code

A new Takeover Code came into effect in Hong Kong in the spring of 2002.

This book aims to provide readers with a detailed technical analysis of the Code, analysing in particular how the rule changes have affected the various parts of the previous Code and how the conduct of takeover activity has now changed.

It will be useful for all those involved in mergers and acquisitions, whether they are acting in an advisory capacity or as a principal.
