A Description of the Western Islands of Scotland and St.Kilda

This text includes three of the earliest accounts of the Hebrides: "A Description of the Western Islands of Scotland", circa 1695; "A Voyage to St Kilda", written by a native author, Martin Martin; and "Description of the Western Isles of Scotland" by Sir Donald Monro, written in 1549.
