This handbook and cassette pack is designed for learners of Spanish who wish to build and develop previous knowledge, gained at school, through evening classes or self-learning.

It takes the learner beyond the everyday transactional Spanish of their beginner's course, widening their contextual range and variety of language knowledge.

The emphasis is on using Spanish more actively and fluently, including the opportunity to further grammar understanding - an area which can often be overlooked at this stage of language learning.
