Prevent accidents. Be aware of the dangers! Construction sites are extremely dangerous places, but it is estimated that up to 70 per cent of fatalities could be prevented with appropriate management action.

This important training aid alerts young professionals and new site workers to the most common hazards they face on construction sites.

It demonstrates the need for everyone to be aware of their own safety and that of those around them.

The 30-minute DVD is divided into three sections, each dealing with a different aspect of the young construction professional's approach to health and safety: 'Be aware of the risks'; 'Don't allow unsafe practices'; and 'Plan and manage health and safety'.

Some helpful discussion points in the sleeve make a useful aid for training sessions.
